My daughter Ave has thoroughly enjoyed her time at Birchwood Farms.. She honestly loves Miranda. She enjoys coming to her lessons and is never bored. We love that when Miranda is making the show schedules she takes into consideration where the girls want to show, whether it is local shows or A rated shows. She also has provided great clinics as well and we are thankful for those opportunities. Miranda genuinely cares what the girls goals are. And horses love her. It’s so important for Atlas that when Ava can’t ride him Miranda and her team does and she never acts like it’s an inconvenience. Plus she always lets me know how the ride was. They are always thinking about Atlas and his well-being and you can tell it’s more than a job for them because they do it with joy. My daughter has been riding for Miranda since 2020 when she was 8 years old. She helped us find and purchase our first pony Buttercup. She’s been our perfect pony for the last 6 years. It’s been fun watching Miranda teach my daughter over the years and see the growth in her riding. Miranda is great with children all the way up to adults (I’ve taken a couple lessons from her myself). She’s patient and explains everything so you understand (for us newbies). She’s the hardest worker and goes above and beyond to make sure the riders and horses are taken good care of. I’m so proud I’ve gotten to watch Miranda grow her riding program into what it is today.
